0.0.8.0 was released on the 10th of May 2018 and was succeeded by 0.0.9.0.

Changes

0.0.8.0 provided the following changes:

  • Health Rework, health is now a flat point system instead of tier-based, and regenerates based off Hunger.
  • Hunger Stat Added, players will now lose hunger over time, and lose health when starving. Teleportation distance gets reduced, and teleporter changes color when that occurs.
  • Stat bars added to player's wrist, appears when looked at and wrist is angled in line with view.
  • now gives reduced healing, but satiate Hunger.
  • Some can now be cooked, and burnt over player-made campfires.
  • Blueberry bushes added to the world, you can pick blueberries from them, and they will re-spawn.
  • Fuel Items last longer, making your own campfires last longer too.
  • New Wyrm AI.
  • Collision radius on Wyrm spit reduced.
  • Wyrms now spit forwards from their body, rather than directly towards the player.
  • Wyrm spit can now be inaccurate.
  • Wyrms now roam around underground. Once they dig down, they may head elsewhere!
  • Wyrm body physics updated, should respond to collapsing on the environment better.
  • Reduced instances of Wyrm spit going through shields.
  • Fixed issue where Books would duplicate.
  • Backpack Offering cost reduced, to 10 stones, 5 copper ingots, and 10 wood.
  • Spriggulls now drop fewer feathers.
  • Adjustments to Bow accuracy.
  • Promethean Crafting Levels (You can now put grass on arrow shafts to make fire arrows!)
  • PPE's are now allowed in the chiseling house (chisels are functional with single or double guards on).
  • Ninja archers! (reduced the volume of arrows hits)
  • Non-slippery combat shoes! (fixed bug that prevented teleportation while in combat mode)
  • No more stealthy boxes (when interacting with boxes and pots they play the standard pickup sound)
  • Fixed issue where one of the repair boxes you never filled played the wrong sound when building.
  • Customization Room randomizer button moved over.
  • Completion lever moved, reducing clutter on left side of character customization room.
  • Fixed issue where skin color would change on completion.
  • Guards now disable their tight grip when crafted, should make the irregular looking guards get held correctly on your weapons.
  • Slight adjustments to hand alignment vs controller.
  • Gap in the Water's Edge! (Tututututu, pond access restricted. Soz, fam.)
  • Physical material items that stack, now only stack with their own physical material.
  • Players have a more drastic visual effect when dead, the world turning a deeper hue of blue.
  • Reset password button added to the menu.
